(More customer reviews)This was just over the top for me and very upsetting. I kept looking for a happy ending and it's just not there. I generally get a kick out of spanking stories as long as it's sane and consentual. These are truly kinky men that marry unprotected young ladies and made them their little girls only to be disciplined harshly by a kinkier nannies during the day. I've read some of C. Faulkner's other stuff and was satisfied, which is why I bought this one. I'll certainly be more careful to read the warnings on her future books. This was a waste of my money.

(More customer reviews)Had I known this was a "spanking romance" I would not have bought it. This should have clearly been indicated in the product description when reviewing this book for purchase. What a waste of time and money. The story line is spanking and sex, then more spanking and sex. The author threw a few words in between in an attempt to call this a historical romance novel. No romance, no chemistry between the main characters, nothing of historical value, and no story line. Boring, Dull, and Degrading describes this book.

She had to make some sort of effort to escape. She couldn't just accept what had happened to her. All she wanted was to get away from him - she hadn't thought much further than that.
