(More customer reviews)Mr. Knee lived from 1907 to 1982, 75 years , much of it in New Mexico. The first part of the book deals with a biography of the man, several pictures there, some are of/by him, but most have more to do with the several years he spent in California principally during the second World War.
The main section of the book has 81 plates (pictures) of photographs that he took during his main period of work in the 1930's and 40's and therein lies my complaint. The photographs are good, but only around half have anything to do with New Mexico. The others cover the American Southwest and even a few in Mexico, I wanted a book titled like this to be strictly New Mexico.
