Olderman has done it again. This is the 3rd book in his series that I have read. I used his neck book and with just correcting my posture I got rid of 80% of my chronic neck pain from the last 26 years. I have already started changing the way I walk and stand, focusing on my glutes and hips. I am confident that the knee pain that I've had from childhood gymnastics will soon disappear.
