Had I known this was a "spanking romance" I would not have bought it. This should have clearly been indicated in the product description when reviewing this book for purchase. What a waste of time and money. The story line is spanking and sex, then more spanking and sex. The author threw a few words in between in an attempt to call this a historical romance novel. No romance, no chemistry between the main characters, nothing of historical value, and no story line. Boring, Dull, and Degrading describes this book.
