This is not your average book on fitness that inspires you to work out for a while, and then forget about it. Once you have read this thoroughly researched,wonderfully written book, which goes into great detail about why we need exercise to keep our bodies fit, young looking and HEALTHY -- and includes a really excellent section on nutrition -- exercise routines and eating the right foods, will become an integral part of your life. The exercises are easy to follow, and you will feel so much better after you do them, and keep on doing them. I have read a number of fitness books, and watched exercise videos, but this book is the best by far. The author's terrific exercise program REALLY has made me feel much more fit, healthier, and, when I look in the mirror, I do see a younger looking me.
