A fascinating read, this book explains structure and movement in clear concise language and supports the text with an elaborate collection of diagrams. Its thorough enough for professionals, but understandable to the lay person. Furthermore, it goes beyond the mechanical description of possible movement towards a functional understanding of "rythmic" coordination. However, I must insist that my radial arm-bones have always been proximal to my lateral epicondyles and not the medial ones (see page 147). If you twist my arm I may recant, but in the meantime it may be helpful to know that the medial and lateral collateral ligaments suffice in holding the ulna in its trochlear hinge while the annular ligament secures the radius in its position relative to the ulna.
