I like this book so much more than other fitness books because Mia is also a single working mother who knows how hard it is. This book really motivated me to make the time for myself. Her workouts make me feel strong physically and mentally! They're very empowering. A boxer's workout is really a good stress reliever! Plus, her recipes are easy too. A made the enchiladas last night and no one new they were low fat. This is a workout that I can stick to because her plan is reasonable and motivating for total wellness.
