Mr. Miller has captured the essence of using yoga postures and other techniques to ameliorate the bane of man's existence: those nagging, chronic pain sensations that seem to get us all at one point or another. I happen to be an occuptional medicine medical doctor and have seen tens of thousands of people for those very common aches and pains of which Mr. Miller writes. His advice is right on the money which is exactly what you'll save by using this book instead of buying potentially harmful drugs or paying for doctor appointment after doctor appointment. Of course, there is a role for medical attention. But there is also a heavily under-utilized role for self administered tender loving care in the form of these gentle therapuetic yoga postures and breath work.
