These manuals are great! They've given me the tools to become stronger and more flexible. I can't say enough good things about them. I especially like the fact that there are lots of pictures to clearly show you the stretches. These are great for athletes, dancing, karate, yoga, etc. or anything else to make you more flexible and stronger.
