I have been taking yoga for the last 5 years and I must say that this book has been the best. The pictures are detailed and really give me a feeling for where to place my body.
The alignment cues and modifications provided for the postures make this book so accessible and easy to follow. I love the science boxes that give me a good look into the value of yoga. The yoga moments make me feel great.
