(More customer reviews)This was a great book to read and the information here is pretty straight forward. This book deals with close quarters hand to hand combat. This book will teach you certain pressure points, joint manipulation & locks,precise places to hit the human body & throws. This book will also show you knife & gun disarms which could save your life someday. If you don't know much about the world of military combatives this would be the book to get.Some of the material seems to be outdated and the copyright on it seemed older. This is the reason I did not give it 5 stars. We all need to remember that violence in the streets or at the workplace is very common these days. You need to be prepared with some form of self defense and you'll get it with this book.
